A few watches were taken during a break-in at The Vault Milton (formerly Halton Hills Fine Jewellry) on Main Street early Tuesday morning.
Manager Mike Mangotich told the Champion that at about 3 a.m., unknown suspects triggered the alarm when they smashed in the front window of the downtown jewelry store.
No value was available on the stolen watches, while roughly $1,500 damage was caused to the window.
Police are investigating.
