Halton police say the Brampton man who died after his van rolled over into a ditch on Trafalgar Road in Milton Monday night suffered a medical episode prior to the crash.
Police attributed the death of the 50-year-old driver, whose name won’t be released, to a pre-existing medical condition.
The Milton Fire Department, Halton Region Paramedic Services and Halton Regional Police responded to the single-vehicle crash just before 6:30 p.m.
According to police, the Mercedes cargo van was northbound on Trafalgar Road, just south of Britannia Road, when it left the roadway.
