A Milton man faces several charges in connection with two vehicle break-ins and subsequent credit card thefts.
The latter incidents occurred overnight Thursday, when a credit card was taken from a vehicle broken into on Rayner Court.
The credit card was used at a Milton gas station.
This followed a break-in and credit card theft overnight on July 6 on Beaver Court.
This credit card was also used to make purchases at a local gas station.
Shortly after 2:30 a.m. Thursday, uniform patrol officers arrested a suspect.
Police seized two flip open-style knives.
Patrick Skylar Clancy, 30, is charged with the following:
• theft of a credit card (4 counts)
• fraud under $5,000 (3 counts)
• fradulent use of a credit card (2 counts)
• fail to comply with probation order (4 counts)
• possession of a prohibited weapon (2 counts)
• possession of a prohibition weapon
• contrary to prohibition order (4 counts)
• possession of a stolen credit card
