Town of Milton residents can now find out whether their information is correct for the upcoming municipal and school board elections at www.voterlookup.ca

voterlookup.ca is an online service developed by the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) that helps build and maintain information that will be used in the preparation of the final Voters’ Lists across Ontario. Residents can also change/update their school support for electoral purposes and add names to their property address.

“This is a very useful tool that Milton voters can take advantage to ensure that their name is on the voters’ list for the Municipal Election on October 27,” said Troy McHarg, Town Clerk for the Town of Milton. “By maintaining and updating their electoral information before July 31, 2014, voters can save time at the polls.”

To confirm information is accurately recorded for the upcoming elections, voters need to supply:

Name and date of birth; and
Town/city, property address or assessment roll number, included on their latest Property Assessment Notice.
For more information, visit www.voterlookup.ca or call 1-866-296-6722.
