ENJOY SPECTACULAR WONDERS, AMAZING SCENERY ... from this gorgeous & secluded 3 bedroom Cedar Viceroy Chalet, situated on a large & Private Lakefront property on Miller Lake, close to Tobermory & Georgian Bay. It is custom-built & newly renovated. It boasts a massive limestone Island fireplace, impressive 14' cathedral beam ceilings, large floor to ceiling panoramic windows that overlook the wrap around deck, private beachy area & lake. It also features: a full 4 piece bath, hardwood flooring, custom tongue & grove white-cedar & oak throughout & displays an open airy concept. The Chalet also has a large fully equipped kitchen with a newer full size fridge & freezer, stove, new microwave, coffee maker, Expresso/Cappuccino maker, blender, toaster, dishes, wine glasses, all utensils, pots & pans & cleaning supplies. Also provided for entertainment is: 42" Plasma Flat screen TV, Satellite TV (numerous stations), DVD, stereo, SONY PlayStation with it's own 36" TV & games, iPhone & iPod docking system, books, board games, clock radios, floor/ceiling fans, fire extinguishers, inflatable beach toys etc. There is WIFI in the area & internet is available on 3G iPhone with great cell reception. On the wrap-around deck is a newer large Char-Broil dual-burner propane BBQ with tank, Adirondack chairs & patio furniture. The deck overlooks the beach area & lake, which has an amazing view of the property. New security/video surveillance system recently upgraded.
Bedrooms have: 1 queen, 2 3/4 size beds (slightly larger than single) & 1 single bed. Accomodating 4 people comfortably. Each bedroom has hard wood flooring, sm. area rug, 2 comforters, Health-Gaurd mattress protectors, dressers, lamps, clock radios & plenty of closet space. Bed linens/pillows/towels etc. are not supplied.
Included ~ is a 14' aluminum Boat, a Canoe & new Sport Kayak (no extra charge). We have some PFD's available. However, we recommend Renters bring their own fitted life jackets. Boat motors, pedal boats, water bikes, stand-up paddle boards & bicycles can be rented in the area. If you wish to bring your own boat or PWC's there are several Free public boat launches minutes from the Chalet & can be parked at our private water dock.

At the beach area there is: an oversized bonfire pit (lakeside), Muskoka chairs, horseshoes, volleyball, badminton & picnic area. We have a 32' Private Boat dock on the water & a newer Diving Platform out in the water. Water entry at shoreline is gradual with a mixture of small stones & sand (there are 3-4 stone steps leading down to water). Our Private lake frontage is 150'. Great for swimming, boating, fishing & all watersports or... just lounging in the sun.
We own over 160 acres of secluded, picturesque crown land across from our Chalet, great for Privacy, light hiking & sightseeing wildlife & the odd black bear. Amazing area to experience nature at it's best!

This Chalet books very quickly for the Summer season. Due to high demand dates can only be held for 3 days without the Security deposit.

Other attractions include: a boat trip to Flowerpot Island, Devils Monument or scenic underground caves. Visit numerous majestic Bruce Lighthouses & tours. See ship-wrecks from the Glass-Bottom Boat tours or board the Chi-Cheemaun Ferry to Manitoulin Island for the day. Experience & see the UNESCO World Biosphere Nature reserves. Visit fabulous Tobermory & the Sweet Factory. There are dozens of anitque/craft/flea market shops, golfing, kayaking/canoeing & hiking trails, LCBO, banks, music festivals, restaurants. fine dinning & so much more to see, do & visit.
