The living/dining/kitchen area is a large bright open concept with windows on three sides. This 2,000 square foot vacation home features four bedrooms The upstairs bathroom is four piece with a shower/tub, and a two piece downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glassware, cooking pots, utensils and dishwasher. There is a flat screen tv, dvd player, radio/cd player, telephone and wireless internet service.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The cottage sits on a large lot. A covered wraparound porch and seperate patio area offering a barbecue, picnic table and comfortable solid wood chairs. A three-minute walk will take you down to our deeded access to Francis Lake with a dock where a rowboat await your exploration of the lake. Chipmunks will take peanuts from your fingers; humming birds come to the feeders and amaze with their hovering flight; and lets not forget the loons calling from the lake..

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Sauble Beach is fifteen minutes away with a lovely sandy beach area and playground. Although small, the village does offer a grocery store, pharmacy, post office, bank, library, LCBO & beer store, gas stations, hotel, a dollar store, hardware and numerous eating establishments. There are also churches of 4 denominations. This vacation home is centrally located to all attractions, 15 min drive to Sauble Beach (beach chairs and cooler provided), 15 min drive to Owen Sound and a 20 min. drive to Wiarton. 15 golf courses within a 30 min. drive an the new Cobble Beach Golf Course is just down the road. An additional charge for pets. A maximum of eight guests (including children). Fee for hottub is $125.00 a week. Deposit at time of booking is $400.00 and completion of a rental agreement as well as a $400.00 damage deposit when balance is due. For your added convenience payments can be made through Pay Pal (plus 3%)
