Cosy interior with full kitchen, 3 bedrooms including master bedroom with queen size bed and two bedrooms with bunk beds - single top bunk and double lower bed, and 3 piece bathroom with new septic system.

Private upper deck and full sun on the large dock ideal for swimmers and sun bathers. Gradual walk into the water or jump right in off the end of the dock. Weed free waterfront with sandy bottom – perfect for children.

Steep paved driveway directly to cottage door plus upper parking area with stair access.

Short walk to Anstruther Marina, restaurant/store and boat launch. 10 Km drive to Apsley (Foodland & LCBO)

Weekly rental includes BBQ and one full tank of propane and access to canoe. Renter supplies own linen.
