Nassagaweya Rural Road Clean-up Day

The Nassagaweya Community Consultation Committee is holding its 18th annual clean-up of the roads and is asking for volunteers to help pick up roadside litter (not household garbage). The Town of Milton and Region of Halton supply garbage bags, vests and dumpsters. Volunteers are needed to put the garbage in bags; volunteers with pick-up trucks would be appreciated to help bring garbage bags to the dumpsters. High school students looking for community service hours are most welcome! Volunteers will be meeting at 8:00 am at Nassagaweya Tennis Centre (Corner of Guelph Line and No. 5 Side Road).
