Looking to do something a little different to do with mom this Mother’s Day?
If so, Conservation Halton may have the answer.
The annual Wildflower Walk for Mom is set to return this Sunday at Crawford Lake Conservation Area. Running from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., the event will see moms and their loved ones take a guided hike through the woodlands, which are now vibrant with wildflowers, as well as lilies, bloodroot, may apple and many other spring flowers.
Visitors are invited to enjoy some tea and refreshments following their hike.
Pre-registration is required for the event, which costs $16 for adults and $11 for seniors and children five to 14 years of age. Children under four are free.

Crawford Lake is located at the corner of Guelph Line and Conservation Road.
