In preparation for this summer’s Pan Am/Parapan Am Games, the TO2015 organizing committee and its partners are hosting two free information sessions on Monday, Mar. 23.
They’ll be held at the Milton Sports Centre, from 3 to 5 p.m. and 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
The first session is geared towards Milton’s business community, while the second session is intended for the general public.
These sessions will provide general information about the Games, including temporary traffic changes, transportation and security.
Representatives from TO2015, the Ministry of Transportation and the Town of Milton will be on hand at the sessions to answer questions about the overall impact of the Games.
For those unable to attend the sessions, a number of helpful resources are available at www.ontario.ca/games2015.
The site offers links to transportation plans and information about the logistical changes that will be in place during the Games, such as the temporary High Occupancy Vehicle lanes.
