CHCH TV’s Tiny Talent Time is about to get Glee-ful.
That’s courtesy of a performance by the Milton Show Choir’s junior glee club, which will bring the uplifting classic Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch to life during the October 4 episode, which airs at 7 p.m.
The group of Grader 4 to 6 singers — under the direction of co-directors Melaine Silva and Bob Hall, both Halton-area music teachers — made an audition video last December and was chosen for the show from among hundreds of entries.
Hosted by Jason Agnew and Jaclyn Colville, Tiny Talent Time has been brought back in conjunction with CHCH’s 60th anniversary celebrations. The original show, hosted by Bill Lawrence, ran from 1957 to 1992, making it one of the longest-running programs in Canadian TV history.
