Parents who are new to Milton are encouraged to register their children for school during the week of August 11-15.
Specific schools will be open that week to register new students for school in September.
The schools selected are the designated schools in areas where new homes are under construction and likely to be ready for families to move in over the summer.
This special registration period is set up to help minimize re-organizing of classes in the fall.
The following Milton schools will be open:
• Anne MacArthur Public School, 820 Farmstead Dr.
• Escarpment View Public School, 351 Scott Blvd.
• Irma Coulson Public School, 625 Sauve St.
• P.L. Robertson Public School, 840 Scott Blvd.
