A portion of Derry Road will be closed next week as construction of the underpass continues.
The road — between Scott Boulevard and Bronte Street — will be closed between August 7 and 9.
Detour signage will be clearly marked in the area and motorists are asked to use Britannia Road to detour around the construction.
A map of the construction area and detour route can be found on Halton’s website (halton.ca.) under Regional Construction Projects.
The underpass is scheduled to be completed by next summer.
