Move More Sports, a new program based on the Canadian Sport for Life model that teaches active play through games and activities, has been expanded for this season, offering a range of programs across all age levels from those 12 months to 12 years of age. The Milton Indoor Turf Centre, located at Jean Vanier Catholic Secondary School ,at the corner of Bronte Street and Louis St. Laurent Avenue, is in full swing with drop-in soccer programs for parents and tots/children, soccer for children/youth 9 years and up, and adults. For children, visual arts summer camps include Outdoor Art, Paper Play and 3-D Sculpture Kids; new registered art programs include a focus on mask making and puppet creation. For youth, staying active is encouraged with Skateboard Deck Design and Cycling for Youth. Adults interested in art can dabble in landscapes, clay and introductory beginner programs as well as explore new fitness opportunities, such as Cycle & Sculpt, Intermediate Running, Zumba® Sentao®, and Parent & Baby Fitness. Older adults can explore a new art journaling experience and working with clay. Popular lunchtime fitness and aquafit classes are continuing as are 5:00 p.m. fitness classes for after-work workouts.

Parents can take advantage of the Preschool Drop-off Program at the Milton Leisure Centre and Sports Centre so their child can explore play stations, crafts, music and physical activity while the adults watch another sibling in an activity or get a chance to work out themselves at a fitness class, in the weight room, at the walking/jogging track or enjoy a swim or skate.
